B&B Agritourism Farm Le Tore

 

A large 20,000 sq. meter kitchen garden; 500 lemon trees, 1,500 fruit trees, 3,200 olive trees, an ancient vineyard entirely organic since 1994, 60 egg-laying free-roaming hens and Marchigian cattle supply our kitchen and other renowned restaurants in the area. The rest of the products we need are all supplied by small local producers and vineries, which means that you’ll never be served anything that doesn’t belong to the Campanian tradition.

Breakfast

A buffet of our specialties: homemade jam, fruit, fresh bread, tomatoes and oil, eggs from our own hens, fruit juices, lemons and oranges for making freshly squeezed juice, fresh butter and ricotta cheese, homemade cakes. Breakfast is served in the garden, weather permitting, or in front of the fireplace in winter time. We strongly recommend bread, oil and tomatoes in summer; and bread, oil and lemon jam in winter.

During breakfast, there will always be someone available to accompany your children to the henhouse, so that they can pick up fresh eggs themselves.

 

Dinner

Dinner is served at 7:00 p.m. It is prepared personally by Vittoria, the landlady who transforms farm and local food products into simple, traditional dishes. Vegetable cream soups, lemon risotto, lavender and rosemary risotto, rice sartù, fresh bean soup alla maruzzara, broad bean, pasta and green pea soup, green pepper spaghetti, eggplant penne, lemon meatballs, rustic pizzas, onion frittatas, eggplant parmigiana, roast pork in a melannurca apple purée, lemon cream or hot chocolate, apple pie, ricotta pie with raspberry fruit salad, lemon ice-cream with elderberry syrup. All this in full observance of a strictly Mediterranean lifestyle!

 

Sunday snacks

Sundays we can prepare, by reservation, brunch buffets that are preceded by a tour of the farm and, at times, guided oil tasting.
